Worst Breakfast Meals You Should Avoid

Breakfast is undoubtedly the most important meal of the day. It should be balanced filled with all the components of a healthy diet in regular but appropriate rations. However this is not any justification why you should feed in a haphazard uninformed manner. It should be planned totally in advance while knowing what should be consumed and what shouldn’t!
Some foods should be totally eliminated from your morning diet as they construct the highway towards your massive destruction.
However, to make the witty decision, here are some of the ‘shun’ list of breakfast foods.

1. Juice Or Smoothies

As sweet and healthy as they might seem to be, they are very low in nutritional value. Whether homemade or industrially processed, they may contain lots of sugar that might be your way to diabetes and other conditions that are definitely bodily, mentally and generally disturbing. Taking juice is hence not a solution, whether rich in sugar or low in sugar. This is because you need nutrients and energy for your day that you are actually not going to get from juice.

2. Breakfast Bars/Chocolate Bars

They are definitely very high in sugar and very low in proteins and fiber as well as other beneficial carbohydrates. They are therefore of very low nutritional value and definitely not your path to hunger liberation for the day as well as your source of nutrients.

3. Processed Red Meats

They are definitely the self-proclaimed easiest way to getting heart disease. They increase your probability of heart disease by 45% every time you consume them. It’s definitely worthy to turn to whole meal cereals like soya or white meat. The latter are worth it compared to the former.

4. Packed Coffees And Cappuccinos

Many processed coffees have additives such as concentrated sugar syrups, extra carbohydrates as well as other enemies of your body. They contain extra calories that place you at high risk of diabetes, blood pressure as well as heart disease. Furthermore, excess caffeine despite the rejuvenation actually has dire long-term effects.

5. Low Fiber Cereals/ Non-Whole Meal Cereals

Such foods are only on the path of going in and leaving your body without doing any good to it and you should definitely not give them such privilege. They have little or no nutritional value and are hence a waste of precious resources. On other hand, you should pick whole meal cereals that are rich in fiber and nutrients such as healthy carbohydrates and plant protein.

6. Fried Foods

Having fried food in the morning as the meal to kick start your day is definitely not the way to go. Despite how appealing they might seem, they may contain fats and cholesterol that are a straight way towards hypertension stroke and heart disease. However for some foods such as eggs, fry them with recommended oils such as coconut oil, or very little vegetable oil or simply enjoy them boiled.

7. Pastries

They are really considered as a Porsche/ classy breakfast for everyone. But however appealing they might taste or look, doughnuts, muffins, pasta, Danish, rolls are simply not to be classified as meals for breakfast. They contain mostly of sugar, fats and cholesterol but little of everything else your body needs. Sidestep them.
